
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Noah Jamal BSc (Econ)
Noah is the visionary leader of Servca and also our group company, Superian Insurance Group. Known for his entrepreneurial flair, strategic foresight, people-centred approach, Noah has been instrumental in the global expansion of the group and group-wide restructuring since 2023. Since founding the business in 2011, Noah has propelled the group forward, steering it through a once regional broker, to a global insurance intermediary, with a footprint throughout UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Prior to founding the Group, Noah had a uniquely different career path as an Emerging Market Credit & CDS sales trader. Noah established the group after a chance encounter having identified a niche in medical malpractice insurance for practitioners and entities. The previous experiences laid a strong foundation for risk management, discipline and work ethic, which has helped shaped the group to what is it today.
Outside of Superian, Noah regularly keeps fit being a fond sports person, whilst juggling family life as a husband and father to three children.

Director of Wholesale Broking (UK & EIRE)
Macauley Geddes CII
Mac joined the board of directors in 2014 and works closely with Noah and Colin on Wholesale strategy, product innovation and placement.
Prior to joining Servca, Mac joined the industry immediately after school, with a work experience placement at Towergate which led to full time employment and a 2 year spell at Arthur J Gallagher, in a wholesale team in Croydon.
He found himself join the London market with Servca in 2016, whilst the business was in its early stages as a Lloyd’s Broker. Almost a decent later, and sheer determination Mac now leads an industry renown successful Wholesale Division of a well-respected independently owned Lloyd’s broker.
Mac’s focus areas in the market being Construction – PI and Liability but given his early exposure to the industry, he finds himself well connected in a range of products due to market connections.
Outside of work Mac is a sport lover, spending a lot of his time in the gym training for Hyrox, as well as following his pride and joy – Crystal Palace FC.

Chief Financial Officer
Colin Tue (BA Hons, CGMA)
Colin recently joined the board of directors and is a CIMA qualified, accomplished, and adaptable CFO with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles. As CFO, Colin worked closely with Noah on strategy, financial planning, revenue focus, with a keen eye for M&A with our Micro PE division of Superian – Superian Capital (sCap). Since joining the business in September 2024, Colin has brought all the groups finance activities inhouse and streamlined our accounting processes.
Prior to joining the group Colin gained strong private equity experience with the Jensten Insurance Broking Group playing a key role in their buy and build strategy, which saw them grow to over five times their size in 4 years. He also gained valuable London Market Wholesale broking experience, whilst at AmWins Global risks, which included overseeing the launch of their MGA, writing over £60M GWP in its first year.

Chief Commercial Officer & Global Head of Healthcare
Dr. Edwin Rajadurai (MBBS)
Edwin alongside Noah, and serves as Chief Commercial Officer at the board level. He is responsible for the company’s strategy, forecasting, and the development of both staff and products, ensuring that the group consistently achieves its growth targets. Having joined the group in 2015, Ed helped develop key market relationships as new Lloyd’s Broker entrants – many of whom we still actively work with.
As a trained medical doctor by profession, Edwin has been instrumental in establishing the Medical Malpractice and Healthcare division, which has become a cornerstone of the firm’s reputation in the market. His leadership has shaped Servca’s international healthcare offering, positioning it as a leading provider of bespoke insurance solutions for medical and healthcare organisations and professionals worldwide.
Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Edwin qualified in medicine in 2011, working across various clinical settings, including his final post in a GP clinic. This medical background allows him to approach challenges with empathy and a deep understanding of client needs, fostering enduring relationships with both colleagues and market partners.
